Chairman Sindh Board of Film Censors (SBFC) Khalid bin Shaheen has urged filmmakers and producers to submit their movies for censor preview well in advance of their release dates, particularly for Eid ul Azha releases.
In a statement, Chairman SBFC emphasized the importance of timely submissions to avoid delays and complications. He noted that the board experiences a significant surge in film submissions during the close time of release leading up to major holidays like Eid al-Azha, resulting in increased pressure and stress on board members.

Despite the challenges, Chairman SBFC Khalid bin Shaheen assured filmmakers that his team is working diligently to provide better services to the cinema trade and film industry. He expressed his commitment to clearing all hurdles in the censoring process and ensuring a smooth experience for filmmakers.
The SBFC Chairman extended his best wishes for the success of all movies scheduled for release on Eid ul Azha, expressing hope that the films would entertain audiences and bring joy to the people. By submitting their films promptly, filmmakers can help ensure a seamless and efficient censorship process, allowing their movies to reach audiences without delay.
