Pakistan Successfully Tests Indigenous Fatah-4 Cruise Missile: ISPR

Pakistan has successfully carried out a test of its developed Fatah-4 cruise missile.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Fatah-4 cruise missile has avionics and navigation systems. The Fatah-4 cruise missile is able to hit targets at range. The Fatah-4 cruise missile can do this with accuracy and effectiveness, according to the ISPR.

Technical parameters verified to enhance missile accuracy

During the test, the military’s media wing said that extra technical parameters of sub‑systems were checked to make the missile more accurate and more able to survive. The successful test of the Fatah‑4 is a step forward in Pakistan’s defence and technology, the ISPR added.

Senior officers of the Pakistan Army, scientists and engineers watched the test.

President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and the service chiefs congratulated the team on the test and praised the technical skill, hard work and determination of the scientists, engineers and other officials involved.
