A Navy spokesperson stated that the addition of these vessels is a significant milestone in enhancing Pakistan’s maritime defense, providing the fleet with modern capabilities to secure the nation’s territorial waters.
The induction ceremony was attended by President Asif Ali Zardari, who served as the chief guest, along with high-ranking military officials.

The event drew notable international participation, with Turkey’s Deputy Minister of National Defense present, highlighting the close cooperation between the two nations.
