Dr. Khalid Bin Shaheen, TI, former Senior Executive Vice President, Group Chief, and Acting President of the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), and currently Chairman of the Film Censor Board, hosted a small but distinguished gathering at his residence in honour of Mr. Iqbal Ashraf, former Chief of NBP.
The event was organized to celebrate Mr. Ashraf’s honourable acquittal by the Sindh High Court (SHC) in a loan scam case, bringing together several prominent figures from Pakistan’s banking sector.
Among the distinguished attendees was Mr. Rehmat Hussain, President and CEO of the National Bank of Pakistan, who joined a number of serving and former senior banking executives to congratulate Mr. Ashraf on the favourable court verdict and to extend their best wishes.
