Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi hosted a dinner at Lahore Fort on Wednesday to honour the Pakistan, England and Sri Lanka squads participating in the ongoing tri-nation cricket series.
Players and officials representing all three teams attended the event, along with other distinguished guests.
England and Sri Lanka are scheduled to play the final round-robin fixture of the series on Friday. However, the outcome will not change either team’s standing in the tournament, as Sri Lanka have already secured a place in the final, while England have been eliminated from the title race.
Sri Lanka have secured victories in two of their three matches, whereas England have suffered defeats in all three games.
Pakistan will take on Sri Lanka in the tournament final on Sunday.
